A challenging freehand piece in monochrome, reflecting the architecture I saw in Saudi Arabia, incorporating patterns and tilework designs from a residence. The residence had been designed carefully to include artwork and furnishings from across the Middle East, to demonstrate how artefacts from different countries can live side by side in visual harmony.
